Avocado

Avocado is a fruit native to Mexico and Central America, known for its creamy pulp and rich in nutrients. It has an oval or pear shape, with a skin that varies from green to dark brown, and a large core in the center.

The pulp of avocado is light green or yellowish, with a buttery consistency and a delicate and slightly nutty taste. It is very versatile in the kitchen and can be used in salads, toast, guacamole, smoothies, and even in desserts.

From a nutritional point of view, avocado is rich in healthy fats, in particular monounsaturated fatty acids. It is also a good source of vitamins (such as vitamin K, vitamin E and B vitamins), minerals (such as potassium and magnesium) and fiber.

Avocado is valued for its health benefits, including supporting heart and skin health. Its popularity has grown in recent years, making it a trendy food in many healthy diets.
