Blonde Figs

Fioroni Bianchi, sometimes called Albo fioroni or golden fioroni, are a variety of fig that is distinguished by the color of its skin, which varies from pale green to golden yellow. This variety is less common than the more familiar black or purple fioroni but is highly valued for its distinctive flavor.

The flesh of blonde fioroni is usually light pink or reddish, and has a sweet and delicate taste with a slight aroma of hazelnut. The texture is juicy and slightly grainy, typical of figs. These fruits are often described as less intense and more subtly sweet than other varieties of figs.

White Fioroni are rich in nutrients, including fiber, vitamins (especially vitamin B6 and K) and minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium. They are also a good source of natural antioxidants.

These Fioroni can be enjoyed fresh, directly from the tree, or used in a variety of culinary preparations, such as salads, desserts and cheese dishes. They are also delicious when dried, preserved in jams or used in baking.

Blonde fioroni grow best in warm, dry climates, and their harvest season may vary depending on climate and location. They are a delicious fruit that adds a touch of elegance and a unique flavor to any dish in which they are incorporated.
